Share Your Social Events on YouTube...

Let's face it, our society is rapidly changing. We are quickly becoming a global community where we are more open and willing to share snippets of our lives that we once deemed private. While I still believe that we need to use discretion with what we publicly share, we can, if all parties are willing, share social events so that they can be a win-win for everyone.
Last Saturday, I was at a Nashville Pond Society mixer and one of the pond tour sponsors, SiteWorks of Nashville, hosted the event on their newly constructed facility on 1621 Robertson Ave in Nashville, TN.
In this short video clip, Johnny Paulk, VP of sales, extends a warm welcome to the pond members in what I call, one of his "fire side" chats…

(not so) Speachless Sundae...
There are those simple pleasures in life that
we often take for granted. The soothing sounds of a gentle babbling brook, the wonderment woodland forests and the sheer beauty of a moon flower opening at dusk.
Take 30 seconds out of your busy life to watch the video below. Isn't the austere design by the Grand Master just awesome? Enjoy...

Foxland Hall ~ Brentwood, TN...

Foxland Hall ~ Brentwood, TN...
Located in northern Williamson County, TN and inside the city limits of Brentwood lies one of the more established, sought after subdivisions in this area - Foxland Hall. Foxland Hall is a unique blend of townhouses, condominiums and single family dwellings in a gentle rolling, tree-covered, 148 acre site.
For more information about the Foxland Hall subdivision, watch the video below.

Friday's Fotos...

Friday's Fotos...
This morning I will take a break from my video blog series and post another in the series this afternoon.
My nemesis in the photography world has always been and still is hummers. Being so fast and darting too and fro in an instant hardly gives one time to set up and push the shutter release.
While watching this little one working the bush, I focused on a likely area she might be next. HAH!!! Sometimes you do get lucky. But then, in this business, I'd rather be lucky than good...

Get Over Yourself...

Get Over Yourself...
In teaching seminars that I put on for folks in the real estate community, I hear the same old excuses day in and day out. If I have heard them once, I have heard them a thousand times.
In this video clip I titled, "Get Over Yourself", I introduce a new character to my series. At the time, I shot this, I was kicking around a name but had not chiseled it in stone. Maybe, I'll run a contest to give this person an official name.
If you have any specific questions, email me at radnorlakephotography@gmail.com. If, I like your question I will use it in one of my segments.
The content for this post has also been placed on my website, RadnorLakeVideo.com. I will be posting this series to my site. If you should miss a lesson click on my How To Video Blog Series from the home page.
