I have been given the opportunity to be a Beta Tester for RPR Realtors Property Resource. I now have it on my iPhone. The basic concept is this: The NAR has created a platform that accesses numerous sets of public and private databases all on my trusty iPhone: whether it is for sale or not. I was able to bring up one of my listings and that was cool. I also got good information another property and that was cool as well. The valuation data that it provided on the property to be listed was lower than I had expected. If you subscribe to my blog, I'll post info in the coming days/weeks about my experience with RPR.

March 2010 esidential construction starts rose to 626,000 up more than 16,000 over consensus-the highest neuber of starts since October 2008.
February's housing Residential construction starts was revised upward to 616,000 from 575,000.
Was this due to pent up demand from the ugly winter weather?
