Professional Experience

Cruz has been working in the high-end customer service industry since the early nineties. He won many awards as a salesperson finishing as the MVP for three consecutive years prior to being awarded the responsibility of running his own multi million dollar retail store. It was then through this growth opportunity that he would expand his horizons to California opening three new locations. However, the Pacific North West was in his blood and eventually called him back to the Seattle area. Upon his return, he managed the top locations in the company finishing his thirteen year career number one upon departing the retail industry to pursue a passion for Real Estate.

Like our economy, real estate too is ever changing with it. Cruz believes in constantly keeping up with the newest trends in technology and marketing real estate so his clients receive the best possible marketing available. That coupled with the personal attention he is so well known for garners the best results for the people that are trusting him with possibly the most important transactions in their life.

Cruz loves what he does for a living... impacting peoples lives while building the community is the best of both worlds. In addition to pursuing his career in real estate, Cruz enjoys sports like football, basball, and golf, physical training, music, movies, theater and most of all spending time with his wife and daughter.
