What next? Crazy Dog Stories!

If it's not one thing it's another with my dog. Boo is a 9 1/2 month old Chocolate lab and she never seems to stop getting into trouble. It has been one thing after another since she was born. I knew at about 2 months we were in for it. I thought everyone might enjoy a few stories.

At 4 months old she was running around in the yard like she always does (crazy and out of control) and ran into a 4 wheeler trailer and put a big gash under her eye. She had to get 6 stitches that day. When we got her home she was still a little out of it and that was actually the first time I saw her sit still. She had to wear one of the e-collars for about a week. That was pitiful.

It didn't take her long to figure out where we keep her food and she saw that we had left the closet door in the laundry room cracked one day and when I walked around the corner, I found her in the bag of dog food.

Today I was playing with her in the yard and we were working on catching the frisbee. She is actually doing really well. She is catching them about ever time. When she brought the frisbee back after about the 3rd throw I noticed her tongue was bleeding. Evidently she bite her tongue while catching the frisbee. Thank goodness it wasn't bad enough for stitches, that would have been awful.

She really keeps things hopping around here, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She is my little chocolate monkey!

P.S. She likes to run full speed and get a leaping jump thru the air before ambushing me from behind. It's like getting hit by a mack truck!

Rock Hill High Bearcats Football Jamboree Record

I read in the news this morning that the Rock Hill High Bearcat broke a Jamboree record Saturday night after a 34-0 victory over Weddington, NC. I had to write to say - "Way to go Bearcats"!!!

The Bearcats' 34 points were the most posted in the history of the Jamboree, surpassing the 29 points scored by Lewisville in 1989.

My husband and I are both Rock Hill High graduates and my husband was the Quarterback for the Bearcats thru high school, so we like to keep up with how the Bearcats do each year.

I hope the Bearcats have an awesome season!

GO BEARCATS!!!
