Thank you to Crossroads Overlook in Manchester, Maryland and Windemere Estates in Westminster, Maryland for making our charity event a great success. The generosity of these communities allowed us to deliver an over flowing truck load of canned goods and coats to local Carroll County Charities!
Our event was held on Saturday, December 1, 2007. We visited the communities of Crossroads Overlook and Windemere Estates where we collected canned goods and used coats. We had such a great time visiting our friends and clients. Everyone was so generous! Santa Claus was with us and the children and adults alike were delighted to see Santa Claus in their neighborhoods.

December 5, 2007 - The first snow of the season has arrived upon us! The weather forecasted 1-2 inches but in Westminster Maryland we are up to almost 6 inches and it is still snowing! The children got out of school two hours early and they are hoping that they will have off tommorrow too. Looking up and down the streets homes have their holiday lights shining bright and they are twinkling in the snow, it is really beginning to look the holiday season!

Well what a great day it was! I took the afternoon off one day last week to spend time at my daughters ABC daycare at St. Johns church in Westminster, MD to share a Thanksgiving feast with everyone. It is such a great time of the year to remember how thankful we are for all the wonderful things we enjoy in our lives. We shared a wonderful meal, most dishes made by the children. We enjoyed their poems, songs and dances. I had the special pleasure to watch my daughter do the "Turkey Lurkey" with her friend.
I wish everyone a blessed Thanksgiving Day! I hope that you will find joy and love in sharing the day with your families. I am thankful for all the friendships I have made with my real estate clients and with my fellow co-workers. Make it a great life!
