I've been an owner broker now for almost three years prior to that I was a Top Producing associate broker for a different company. I have also started a Real Estate School to teach continuing education credits to north counrty real estate professionals. I attend workshops and continueing education for myself as often as possible to increase my knowledge base and to better serve my customers and clients. Prior to getting involved in real estate I was a college and high school mathematics teacher. So, starting the school just gave me the opportunity to continue teaching as well as doing real estate both of which I enjoy very much. I'm now GRI certified, Graduate of Real Estate Institute and also the entire frim will be certified as Eco -Brokers in the near future so we will be an Eco-Brokerage... Continuing our own education so we can better serve our clients and customers is very important to us.

Our office specializes in Residential home sales as well as vacation homes and land. We consider ourselve the North Country area specialist. We live in a very unique part the the United States with lots of woodlands and natural beauty all around. With each new customer or client coming into this area we try to show them all the wonderful amenities this part of New Hampshire offers. Wildlife abounds, plenty of outdoor activities to interest most any person, a four very different seasons with each having it's own ambience. We love our location and enjoy sharing it with others.

We use innovative marketing techniques and track all of the advertising we do, this helps us optimize the exposure to any given property we sell.
