Century 21 Northland Realty services a large area in Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa for REO's do to that there is not a large population in this area so we must travel and take care of this large of an area. We have a full time REO Department, with 4 Realtor's and 1 staff member. We also have 6 other Realtor that do BPO's, plus our 13 other agents that help sell our listings. We have been in the REO business for almost 10 years, so we have not just jumped in when the times changed.

We treat our REO's just like all of our listings; just because it is an REO you will not get an less service from our TEAM. In 2007 we have taken care of over 60 properties.

Have owned rental properties sense the 1980's, got real estate license in the early 1990's, became a Broker in 1997, bought Century 21 Northland Realty, in Fairmont, MN in 2000, and have 23 agents work for me. Owned Century 21 Carlson Real Estate in Spirit Lake,IA from 2001 to 2003 with 10 agents. I have licenses in both Iowa and Minnesota. We sale Farm, Commercial, Single Family, Multi Family, Busniess, vacation properties and land. We work on IRS 1031 exchanges, wet land projects also. We do 100's of BPO's a year thru the office and sell and take care of 40 to 50 REO's per year.
