Welcome! My name is Dale Bradbury and I'm a real estate professional licensed with the top producing real estate office in the State of Washington. Whether you are a buyer or seller, I can tell you that I've spent a lot of time in your shoes, so I know very well what it is like to be a principla in a real estate transaction. I was involved in my first real estate transaction when I was 23 years old and so I've had the benefit of working with quite a number of salespeople since that time. I understand how frustrating and confusing it is to be a consumer relying on an agent who just doesn't seem to fit your needs or expectations.
My goal is to provide you with a different experience. According to a recent article, the top three complaints voiced by consumers about real estate agents were as follows: 1. The agent was inaccessible and didn't return my calls in a timely manner; 2. The agent didn't take the time to really get to know me and therefore, my real estate needs; 3. The agent didn't seem to have my best interest at heart.
My philosophy is very simple. I treat each client with the same respect, professionalism, and integrity I would hope to find if I were the one doing the hiring. Phone calls and questions via e-mail will be returned at the earliest possible convenience. This particular point is so important to me, I've incorporated the latest technology so that my clients have 24 hour access to the status of their listing or escrow. A client can log on any time to see exactly how I've been working to ensure that their transaction progresses smoothly. When it comes to my personal life, I want my questions answered, and my calls returned! I expect that you are looking for the same.
I make a concerted effort to learn as much as possible about my client's lifestyle, special interests, and ideals in order to respect their time. This will narrow the list of possibilities when it comes to previewing properties, and let us focus on what you really want. No need to worry about me showing you every condo in town when what you're looking for is room for your kids and animals to run free.
At the end of the day, if you're not happy, I'm not happy! I will go to great lengths to accomplish your goals in a professional yet personal manner that exceeds your expectations. To me, it's not about closing the deal. It's about having you satisfied with the way your transaction was handled.

Even though we went through 5 offers, Dale was always focused on getting the value out of the sale. As I had power of attorney, Dale guided me through the process...was diligent about keeping me informed... returned all my calls promptly and dealt with my attorney all the way through closing. He worked so well with the other agents we even received another offer from the same agent who was working with a second customer... I understand this is very rare.

We are writing this letter to express our appreciation to Dale Bradbury for the great job he did in assisting us with the purchase of our home in Covington, WA. We would like whoever reads this to know that Dale went above and beyond the call of duty at a time when we were frustrated and needed help.
We were closing on the sale of our home and time was running out to find our next home. I first spoke to Dale in the morning and told him about our situation and what we were looking for. He met with us that day in his office to plan things out and we spent the next day touring the homes we that we had selected. While I was away on business, Dale kept me informed by emailing pictures of a home we were interested in and showing Sandy homes while I was gone.
When I returned, we spent the day looking at the new inventory and reviewing others that we were most interested in. Once we decided on a home, Dale guided in writing up the offer and assisted us in negotiating the agreement at a good price and with the terms we needed.
We were pleased with our buying experience and Dale made us feel comfortable with the process, explaining the how the contract and addendums worked along with our options. He kept to the timelines once we had a agreement and kept us fully informed along the way. It is obvious that Dale is very good at what he does and we would feel confident in having him represent us again for our real estate needs.

We are writing this letter to let anyone who reads this to know how much we have enjoyed having Dale as our agent. First of all, before meeting Dale we'd had experiences with other agents and being business owners and contractors, we understand what it's like to be in business. We've also learned how frustrating it can be to get poor service, lack of follow- up and unreturned phone calls. Not just with agents, but all sorts of people in the service industries.
Dealing with Dale has been a refreshing experience and has restored our faith in people who work on commission. Obviously realtors don't make money unless they sell something...we have always felt Dale has been totally unattached to making sales with us. Although we have done several of our transactions for us, we've also had to rescind several deals involving fixers or feasibilities studies and these were very time consuming...Dale always gave us advice as if it was his own money at stake....where else can you find someone who does that?
... communication was also important to us... usually he'll answer his phone right away or he'd return the call as soon as he could. If we asked him to track down some information, we knew that when he called back it would be with the answer.
If you are reading this, you should at least interview Dale before make any decision on hiring an agent. It's nice to have someone who is truly working for your best interests and not his own.

This letter is in recommendation of Dale Bradbury as he served Jenean Nicholson as her realtor through the Fall of 2004.
I am Ken Cooper, a long-time friend of the Nicholson family and business partner of Jenean's brother Ike. As I was most involved with the two transactions dealing with Dale, I'm the primary contributor to this letter but both Ike and Jenean join me in applauding Dale's excellent service during these many weeks.
As Ike and I live in Arizona, Dale was kind enough to help me, via phone calls, emails and digital contracts to put together the two transactions on behalf of Jenean. Because I was helping financially with Jenean's purchase and had to travel to Seattle to deal with that, Dale met me at the airport... in addition to providing guidance and expertise regarding the purchase.
Above all, I should point out that Dale received no compensation at all on the purchase.of the mobile home that Jenean ended up buying. The mobile was not listed in the MLS...however out of all the listings Dale showed Jenean, because it best served her needs, it was the right one for her and Dale received no compensation at all on this purchase.
On Jenean's listing, Dale provided suggestions, support and adice to both Jenean and myself, so we could empty the house as soon as possible in order for Dale to get it on the market. Of course Dale provided very capable guidance and follow-through to get the house sold and closed...
In summary, we were all more than pleased with Dale Bradbury. Dale had the sensitivity, skills and knowledge necessary to get us through a tough situation... we'd highly recommend him for any real estate services you might need.
