Bank of America continues to Screw Americans!

It amazes me that we have a contract scheduled to close next Friday, October 28, 2011....a date set by Bank of America, yet they are foreclosing on the property today. It makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. The property sold at market value, the bank will lose money by foreclosing, yet they are foreclosing. Maybe Bank of America should re-think charging people $5.00 per month to use their own money from ATM's and think about making fiscally responsible decisions. Not only do they foreclose on someone and make their rough life even rougher, but they hurt a buyer who had already paid for inspections and appraisals, hurt the neighborhood by having a foreclosure in the neighborhood.....but they hurt their own investors by losing more money on a property.

Wake up Bank of America....it is time to hire some people with half a brain to make decisions!
