And Realtors® need to stay focused. Although fall may not be as busy as the spring, there is still a good piece of the pie to be had. My advice is to:
Don't be Scared. Consumers like to work with confident people.
Be Visible. Place an advertisement in the local magazine. People do business with people they are familiar with.
Get out from behind the desk. Attend holiday parties and social events.
Get Smart. What you do now til the end of the year sets the entire tone for 2011. Don't slow down
Be aggressive. While everyone else slows down, now is the time to take market share.

Ad Makeover Gallery
We asked two designers to participate in a makeover project for select Homes & Land advertisers. The Gallery contains a “before” ad and two different “after” redesigns to show simple ways to make ads more effective.

According to USDA almost 12% of Californians are “Food Insecure” (California Food Policy Advocates)
Lack of assured access to enough food through socially acceptable means is termed “food insecurity”. In its extreme form, this results in hunger – going without food for lack of money or other resources.
