Toronto's 2 Hounds Design: Decorating + Staging

2 Hounds Design + Property Merchandising we are taking staging to a whole new level!

We are excited to announce our newest service:

  • 2HDe stage|advice.

As a 2HDe-mail clientyou will receive the most informationpossible to prepare your property with the least investment! This is the equivalent of having us give you a consultation at your property. However, because the consult would go so much more quickly over emails, any remaining time of the 2 hour consult would be utilized to source rental furniture, decor, accents, artwork, etc all emailed directly to you to utilize! Additional hourly rates are available for further sourcing or arranging trades for any repairs/painting required.

This could potentially save you the cost of hiring one of our professional decorators to spend 3-6 hours sourcing your property specific decor, etc. Now you could get up to 1 hour of hour time for sourcing...free!

Professional Decorators

Our Decorators will make recommendations according to the emails you send us. Each room will be professionally evaluated. Feedback for some may be with simple software tools to sketch out on the photo our suggestions. Other rooms may be mocked up using 3D generating software to best showcase how our suggestions will impact your property. With the time left we will source decor items for you and email photos to you so you will know where you can purchase them and where to place them!

At 2 Hounds Design we are raising the industry bar introducing 2HDe stage|advice.

Email now to utilize our 2HDe stage|advice and get your property sold!

REALTORS: Why You Need A Decorator Stager For Your Sellers...No You Don't Already Do What I Do.

REALTORS:

  1. a very good example of why a PROFESSIONAL stager/decorator/color consultant is necessary to help your sellers select paint colors. No, you don't already do what we do...lets work together for a win/win/win (your commission/your clients best price/my reputation) situation in 2008!
  2. to weed out the chaff from the wheat this is a good litmus test; a professional KNOWS color theory as well as DESIGN Theory.

3 Day training to be a 'stager' does not teach theory only a minuscule percentage of practical.

Practical:

  1. does not make a professional
  2. is what most Realtors already know themselves

A Professional Stager/Decorator is your best weapon in 2008 regardless of market. Step out of the box and try us out. It can't hurt but the gain can be substantial.
