Athough no two houses look the same, the standard of construction and the uniformity of quality blend together to create a Master Class Community.
Currently there are 5 properties on the market in Heatherwood ranging in price from $175,000 to $270,000. Because of the custom and individual nature of each home, it would be unfair to price this community by the square footage. My wife Denise Allen and I recently sold a Bank Owned here in Heatherwood.
