I'm a Florida native and have called Sarasota home for 16 years. I have an intimate knowledge of the area neighborhoods, parks and schools. I am an avid kayaker, fisherman and enjoy spending my spare time with my wife and two rescue dogs.

I have been selling real estate succesfully for 7 years and have a lot of passion for what I do. Whether I am helping you find your first home or a winter getaway, my work never gets boring! I continuously take classes to become a better agent and have also received my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Though I take these classes, the best experience has been working with the many families and individuals over the years.

It gets better! I have a wonderful business partner named Marnie Matarese. We have been working as a team for 5 years now. Our buyers and sellers have had access to two professionals and they know that at any given time they will be able to reach one of us if they have a question. It has also been beneficial when we have had multiple clients in town looking at property. We are able to split up and give the needed time to each client without rushing them to make room for the next. We are very supportive of one another and bring a great balance to each other and the relationships we have with our clients.

I do not limit myslef to working one specific type of property or price range. I feel that you should have a broad knowledge of the area you work in and the best way to do that is to sell various types of properties in all price ranges. This has been the best way to stay abreast of the Sarasota market as a whole.

With our office being located in the heart of Downtown Sarasota, I have become very intimate with downtown living. Our previous brokerage was located on Longboat Key which has given us a great knowledge of the barrier islands of Siesta Key, Lido Key, Bird Key and of course Longboat Key.

Being an avid boater, I can make sure you are buying the right waterfront property for the type of boating you enjoy. Each waterway and canal system is unique and many are tidal or have bridge clearances to negotiate. Without this knowledge, you could find yourself stuck waiting for the tide to come in or end up purchasing property where you can't house your boat at all!

I have also had the opportunity to work with many first time home buyers. This has given me great satisfaction. Those of us who have purchased a home know what it was like to make this jump from renting. The first time buyer always goes through the excitement and fear associated with their first purchase. It's only natural and it takes someone with the patience and ability to stand in their shoes to help them through this process. I also work with specific lenders who can help make the process a smooth one by explaining all their options and how the lending aspect works.

I will always make sure that I take great care in selling your home or helping you buy a home. If I feel I am not qualified to help you in a certain city or neighboring town, I will gladly find you an expert who can.
