Over the last few years, the housing industry has been in turmoil over most of the world, not just here in the US. The great thing in this turmoil is that home prices are lower in most areas that we have seen for some time. Finding a market that will rebound from the hard hit this crisis has dealt is the trick of the trade.

Orlando is one of those markets. Whether you are looking for Condos in Orlando Fl or a single family home in Lake Mary, I am sure that there is something well worth the investment in that area. With that said, these homes and/or condos are not going to come looking for you. You need to get out and check out what Orlando has to offer.

For those of you that do not realize or know this, Orlando is home to the Magic, a NBA franchise. In the outskirts of Orlando is Universal Studios as well as all of the Disney Theme Parks. Orlando is also home to the Predators, an Arena Football team. With attractions like this, investing in a condo, town home, or single family home in the Orlando area would seem to be a smart bet.

I am not so sure why New Jersey has caught such a bum rap lately. It has been a long time since I have been up that way, but from what I can remember it is a great place to live. Aside from chemical factories in Newark, I really can not think of a reason that people would not want to live there.

Out of the 50 states, New Jersey has some of the most beautiful and serene views. It is also just a short train or bus ride away from New York. And some of the residents are not bad either when you consider that New Jersey natives include Jack Nicholson, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Redman, Das EFX, Naughty by Nature, Sugar Hill Gang, Lords of the Underground, Jason Alexander, Queen Latifa, Shaq, Judy Blume, Arron Burr, Whitney Houston, Eddie Money, Frank Sinatra and Grover Cleveland.

If you are thinking of moving and need one of the many New Jersey Jobs that are available, get online and check it out today. The state of New Jersey has one of the highest per capita incomes of all 50 states and that makes sense because the state motto is liberty and prosperity.

Miami Florida is so much more than just a city to live in. I like to refer to it as the vacation destination that has something for everyone. Let me give you a small run down of what this awesome city can provide you with. But, before you can visit this great town, just remember that you will need to choose between on of the thousands of hotels in Miami. Without further ado, lets get started.

If the beach is your thing, then there is none better than South Beach. It has to be one of the premier beaches in all of Florida and by far one of the most recognizable names around. With all the shopping and dining that one can enjoy, Miami, Miami Beach, and South Beach all have the amenities to enjoy. So, whether it is on the beach or by the pool, you cannot go wrong when Miami is the destination.

If you are into major sports, you can catch football, baseball, basketball, jai-alai, tennis, or golf. If football is your thing, then Miami Gardens is where you want to be during football season. They house the Miami Dolphins, a team that is on the move as they finished their last season at 11-5 and made it to the playoffs. If Jai-lai is more your speed, then you are in luck as Miami Jai-alai is consider some of the best around and is just a 10 minute drive from the airport. Golf is well know in the area as any of these sports. Miami house the World Golf Championships-CA Championship in March from the PGA Tour as well as the Miccosukee Championship from the Nationwide Tour. Of course you can catch a Miami Heats basketball game or take in a Florida Marlins baseball game just as well.

When I lived in Florida, it seemed that I was never more than 2 hours around from anything in the center of the state to the bottom. Well, that is, with the exception of the keys. Having this luxury gave me the ability to spend weekends at whatever each I wanted. I could go to the west coast beaches and play in the gulf, or the east coast beaches and play in the Atlantic. The thing that I loved about the East side was A1A. For those of you that do not know Florida well, this road runs north/south along the east coast line of Florida.

While spending time on A1A, I witnessed a lot of major traffic crimes that could use the expertise of someone like Randy Berman. Randy is an attorney serving Palm Beach and Delray Beach, Florida.
