Boston Real Estate

A couple of days ago, I was on the phone with a good friend of mine that is a huge Boston Red Sox fan. Since I lived in the Ft Myers area for some time, I was able to catch the Red Sox during spring training all the time. In doing this, I would meet people from the Boston area. I was always fascinated with the Real Estate in Boston and how it compared to the other markets around the country. I was really surprised to hear how well the Boston Real Estate market was doing.

What I found more surprising than anything else though was that no matter who I asked about Boston Luxury Real Estate or Boston Luxury Lofts, it always seem to come back to the same name. No matter if you were looking to buy one of the Boston Condos or if the Loft style living is more you thing, Bushari Group Real Estate seemed to be the name on the tip of everyone's tongue. So, I was none too shocked when my friend called to tell me that he was actually in the market to buy and Bushari was going to be the agent of choice. What did shock me is that he has chosen to buy one of the many Boston Lofts for sale.

In the blink of an eye

That is actually how long that it takes for everything to change. This post is more of a rant that a post. Hopefully, though, the message will stand loud and clear. Tonight woke me up to that very fact. Rich's mom, Carolyn owns a business here in Knoxville, Tennessee. She does like the rest of us and gets out daily to bust her behind to make a living. With the economy being the way that it is, business has been tough for her this year. Actually, it has been tough on everyone. Carolyn is a gamer and gets out and fights for her piece of the American pie daily.

With that said, her store was rob at gun point tonight. This is not the first time that this person has hit the area that her store is in. Thankfully Carolyn was not in the store when it happened, but there was an employee in the store. She did not deserve this and neither did Carolyn. For someone to stoop to that level is pathetic. Fortunately, all he wanted was the cash in the draw, and though it was only $230, it is the fact that it was money taken from a company that is working hard to make it in a difficult time.

I am not a violent person by any means, but when I hear about this, I want to get my five minutes alone with this creep. Personally, I think that it takes a coward to do something like this. Ultimately, he will get his. It is difficult to live this type of life and not eventually pay for the crimes that they commit.

All in all, everything is well that ends well. Everyone gets to go home to their loved ones and no one gets hurt. At this point, that is the important thing. Thanks for lending me an ear.

More Blogging Success

It seems that everywhere that I turn, I have been getting some unforeseen attention. With the post that have been publicized on Reuter's, I thought that I had reached an all time high. Then, today, I wrote an article about a high school football team here in Tennessee. Later that afternoon, I received an email from a web site administrator asking permission to post a link to my article. I was floored whrn I found out that the site that wanted to post the article was actually a site for the very same high school. I was truly honored. This is what it is all about.

Tennessee Vols Falls again

I am so baffled at what has transpired with this team. I leaves me utterly perplexed when I think about it. Out of 17 years, Phillip Fulmer has only missed one bowl appearance. Well, this year, with today's loss, they now make it 2 times. What is worse is they lost their homecoming game today. Talk about going from bad to worse.
