Whatcom County 2009 Tax Foreclosure Sale

Every year in Nov Whatcom County auctions off a variety of properties that are being foreclosed on for unpaid taxes. There are pros & cons to purchasing property on the court house stairs whether it be a tax foreclosure sale or the weekly foreclosure sales that take place every Friday on the court house stairs in downtown Bellingham. The Whatcom County Tax Foreclosure sale includes homes, condos and land. The highest percentage of properties on this year's list is vacant land. Everson, Nooksack & Sumas Washington Real Estate Statistics
