I just listed my first short sale. Any tips would greatly be appreciated.

A friend of mine spoke tonight at our men's meeting at church and I wanted to share this with you in case you have not already set your goals, dreams and visions for this year. for each area list 5 goals. Dream and visualize these every morning. Share these goals with your spouse, family and friends so you can be held accountable. Pray and declare that the goals are already achieved by FAITH.

What is one goal in 2009, if achieved that would have the greatest impact on your life? For me it would be to have my kids thirst after God more than they ever have. And for this to happen means that I will have to have a more intimate relationship with him and be the leader of my home that God has called me to be. This will take alot of prayer because my kids live with their mother 5 days out of the week.

From a business standpoint even in this market I want to amke more than I did in 2008 and I am speaking double that in 2010.

I have been in the sales field for almost 5 years and just recently moved my license to Vangie Berry Signature Realty 2 months ago.This is the best place that God could have me be at. In this market God has given favor when other doors are shutting down. I am married to the most wonderful woman (Diane) who is my prayer and business partner. Diane works for First Florida Home Loans as a mortgage lender. I have 2 wonderful kids ( Matthew & Alyssa ) who are on the honor roll at Wolf Branch Middle School in Apopka. I attend Victory Church in Apopka and am heavly involved in the Ushers ministry along with the mens group.
