Wow, I went to a great class today on how to set up an REO department. I got there at 10:00 am and 5 hours later I was registered with First Preston,Reo Trans, Keystone and others. I walked away with a great understanding of how Asset Managers think and how to get a listing. I will look foreward to many BPOs and maybe some listings. Anyone who has a contact E-mail or phone number please give me a call. I will be glad to share what ever info I have. Did you know that the Real Estate market did not bottom out for two years after the RTC was formed in 1989. Do we still have 2 more down years to go?
