"I love this place", that is the motto of South Amboy. Walk to NYC Train. Pretty waterfront. Nice down town area. Only a 30 minute drive to New York. Try some of the local eateries. There is a free boat launch on the Raritan Bay. The Raritan Bay is great for sailing. The waterfront has views of NYC.
My husband and I just got back from the Default servicing Conference in Dallas Texas. What a crowd scene. This was the largest crowd ever at the conference as far as I could remember. The Hilton -Anatole was magnificent. Now the question is, what next? How many more homes to be lost? How jammed up can the process of liquidating all these assets go. If anyone has some lender or investor phone numbers or web sites to share please email the to me. I will exchange any that I develop. Keep working, this market tests us!
Working as a real estate couple sometimes offers a challenge. Fitting in all the real estate services that are needed in the transactions of today is sometimes difficult. I have never appreciated my husband so much as when he takes over some of my everyday chores. For example: pick up the kids, fix dinner, or something just as simple as make the bed in the morning. So thanks sweetie keep up the good work.
Hi,
Has anybody gone to the 5 star convention in Houston. I am thinking about going next week. Is it worth while?
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to start a REO department? We are having a huge amount of foreclosures in New Jersey. The lenders need help but they are so hard to contact. We have been having great success in Short Sales. Does anyone have a spreadshhet of recovery % 's that each lender shoots for. Any help would be apreciated.
