I have recently finished up reviewing some brand new Julie LaTerra Homes floor plans. However, unlike our usual 3000-4500 sq ft home's that start at about $350k, these new homes are between 1100-1300 sq ft. They are specifically designed to meet our client's unique needs, and provide intelligently designed homes. Every last square foot is masterfully used and these homes are fantastic and cutting edge! Hello to all of my fellow Charlotte REALTORS! I am new to this community, and since the market has changed I have been searching for new ways to get connected with fellow REALTORS. My whole life I've been really into sports and actually believe strongly that "Together Everyone Achieves More" aka TEAM!

I am so glad to be a part of this community and I hope that it will help me to connect with other REALTORS and sell homes.
