The neighborhood is made up of all sizes and style homes from small ranch style to raised ocean front. There is very little homeowner turnover. Most that live in LBE/ULB choose to stay. The Property Owners Association for LBE is voluntary and currently only $100 per year. What a deal. The association sponsors three cookouts around; Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. A Christmas party is held at a LBE residence. If you have a passion for the ocean and nature, this is the neighborhood for you. Just a short walk and you can enjoy all the nature of Myrtle Beach State Park. Fishing off the pier is fun, exciting, and serene. Golf cart, bicycle, or just take a short walk to the beautiful beach. Imagine the sun on your face, the constant soft breeze, the sound of the waves, it's like you're in a part of heaven. The beach is seldom crowded, just LBE homeowners. Living in Long Bay Estates is almost like having your very own private beach. Pets are welcome. What more could you ask for.
