Ocean Front Condos in Myrtle Beach

Ocean Front Condos in Myrtle Beach

Why Myrtle Beach?

I moved to Myrtle Beach 12 years ago to escape the cold temperatures, snow, and ice in Virginia. I chose Myrtle Beach because of the location. It's just far enough south for the warmer temperatures, but not too faraway. Let's face it, Florida is just too hot.

Why Ocean Front Condos?

Everyone wants an escape now and then. Most want to be near the water or near the mountains. So why not enjoy yourself in an Ocean Front Condo in the Myrtle Beach area. Hear the roar of the ocean, watch the dolphins, feel the sun warm your face, or take a stroll by the ocean. There are lots of shops, water parks, golf courses, and hundred of restaurants. Go on that fishing trip you always dreamed of.

Purchase a condo and you can enjoy it when you can and rent it when you can't. Now is the perfect time to buy. There are a lot of condos to choose from, now more than ever. According to Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, there are more than 1500 ocean front condos available for sale. WOW! So many to choose from. That means you can get the lowest of prices now. You can use your Ocean Front Condo in the Myrtle Beach area for you retirement nest egg. I plan to purchase a couple this year myself.

Contact me today to find that perfect Ocean Front Condo in the Myrtle Beach area for you.

Long Bay Estates/Upper Long Bay is a unique neighborhood, which started in 1958. It's nestled between Myrtle Beach State Park and Pirateland Family Campground, just east of South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach. The neighborhood is made up of all sizes and style homes from small ranch style to raised ocean front. There is very little homeowner turnover. Most that live in LBE/ULB choose to stay. The Property Owners Association for LBE is voluntary and currently only $100 per year. What a deal. The association sponsors three cookouts around; Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. A Christmas party is held at a LBE residence. If you have a passion for the ocean and nature, this is the neighborhood for you. Just a short walk and you can enjoy all the nature of Myrtle Beach State Park. Fishing off the pier is fun, exciting, and serene. Golf cart, bicycle, or just take a short walk to the beautiful beach. Imagine the sun on your face, the constant soft breeze, the sound of the waves, it's like you're in a part of heaven. The beach is seldom crowded, just LBE homeowners. Living in Long Bay Estates is almost like having your very own private beach. Pets are welcome. What more could you ask for.
