I wanted to thank each of my business partners that are in the area and those of you who I have partnered with outside of the area to make August 2008 a great month for closings - our team had 12 closings just this past Friday alone.

We have been able to help 5 first time home buyers close on their first homes with the Missouri Housing Bond Money Program, we have financed 4 homes on the USDA 100% Rural Development program, and we have closed loans within the state of Missouri and outside the state of Missouri.

I had part of my business close because of my blogging on a client that found me through my articles here and this was her 2nd vacation home so I have decided that buying your second home will be a future blog topic I blog about.

If you have a mortgage that is currently over $417,000 and if your county is in a high cost area, chances are that it will save you money to refinance your mortgage.
