Experience: Originally licensed outside the State of Oregon in 1976, have worked as an agent or in the mortgage lending industry my entire career. My lending experience covered every aspect of lending from loan officer through delivery of loans to the secondary mortgage market. This experience has provided me with core knowledge and skills that enhances my ability to serve my clients. Additionally, I am knowledgeable about the construction process from foundation to finish. Historic/Vintage Properties: In addition to "traditional" real estate business, I am very privileged to have had the opportunity to provide real estate services to buyers and sellers of properties of historic significance and vintage style in and around Corvallis, Oregon-Each property, like its current or future owner has its own character, style and needs. Finding the right personality for the property, meeting the needs and goals of the vintage home buying or selling public and working through the unique challenges presented by each property is what makes this segment of the market so satisfying.
I work primarily in Linn and Benton Counties, which include Albany, Philomath, Corvallis and the surrounding areas. There are many historically significant homes in the area, especially around the Oregon State University campus, in the historic Albany downtown as well as rural properties in the surrounding countryside.
First Time Homebuyers: One of the most emotionally satisfying aspects of my career is the opportunity to mentor and provide services to first time homebuyers. I feel that I'm doing my part to protect their interests as they pursue the "American Dream" of homeownership. It's not always an easy path, nor a fast one, but it's one of the most rewarding aspects of my business. The process of teaching the language of real estate and the processes associated with this major financial commitment are immensely satisfying. Having been trained participate in the teaching of the required Homeownership Training Classes sponsored by Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services (formerly Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services) enhances my ability to assist my first-time homebuyer clients
Luxury Home Market: With a track record of successfully representing buyers and sellers of luxury properties and having completed a prescribed certification course to earn the Previews® Property Specialist designation, I am well equipped to respond to the special needs of this specific market area. The Previews® course covers topics 
such as developing detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to make use of Previews® resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will expose exceptional properties to affluent buyers on a world wide basis. Through the success of this program, Coldwell Banker Previews International is a world leader in the marketing of luxury homes.
The Previews® Program is exclusively for luxury residential properties. Properties should be priced within the top 10% price range of the local marketplace or $500,000 whichever is higher.
