So, we were extremely happy to stumble across a new texting program to replace For Sale signs! People no longer have to deal with soggy flyers, missing information sheets or outdated information with our listings. We have replaced our traditional flyer boxes with new text messaging signs that couldn’t be easier to use. Now, all buyers have to do is send a quick text message to get the most up-to-date information on all Davidson Realty properties sent right to their phone! The info will include photos, home information, and video tours accessible 24/7. It also allows for you to communicate with our Jacksonville Realtors quicker than ever for any additional information or to see the home for yourself. The best part – the info stays with you on your phone so you can refer to it later or share it with family and friends!
Make sure to keep an eye out for the new Davidson Realty signs in neighborhoods throughout World Golf Village, Ponte Vedra and Julington Creek. You will stay comfortably in your car while you text for all the details you could want and more!
New home construction is really picking up! Our Jacksonville Realtors saw a ton of great activity with new home construction in Northeast Florida this month. We didn’t have the sales and closings we were hoping for, but the new home sales are off the chart. Davidson Realty agents alone sold five homesites and six new construction homes in January. We can’t wait for our new neighbors to move in!
Jennifer Todd is our Top Lister in January with $385,000 in listings sold. Her specialties are evaluating vacant land and new home construction, but selling five lots in January is impressive even for her! All five of the homesites are located in the King & Bear in World Golf Village. Two were sold to a builder and three to individual buyers who will be building custom homes in the very near future. 
Suzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent this month with over $350,000 in buyer sales. She sold two new homes in January – one for KB Homes in Samara Lakes and one in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premiere active adult community. Suzy was recently named our Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for all of 2011. Way to go on another great month!
Jock Ochiltree is the Top Producer for January with $700,000 in closings. He sold a homesite in Waterbury in the King & Bear and had a total of four closings this month. He is Davidson’s resident golf expert and would be happy to share his knowledge of Jacksonville golf course communities with you!
Rumor has it that there is a new training program, which all of the Jacksonville and St. Augustine real estate pros are using; it is called Peak Producers. This new program was developed by Buffini & Company, which is a leading real estate sales training and consulting firm.
Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty, is a certified Buffini & Company Mentor and has implemented Peak Producers at Davidson Realty. Her comment on the intensive two-day training was, “Davidson Realty is committed to providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities to our Realtors. We’re very happy that the overall North Florida real estate market has continued to show some positive signs of improvement and we’re even happier to announce that business is up for us over $8 million in sales and over $9 million in closings from 2010 to 2011! We have an amazing team of Jacksonville Realtors and it’s no surprise that the following women are on top:
Dottie Lay is the Top Sales Agent and Top Listing Agent for December with almost $300,000 in listings sold and over $1 million in total sales. Seventeen different agents had sales in the month of December for a total of over $4.2 million.
Margherite Myers is our Top Producer for December with over $900,000 in closings. She closed three new homes in The Cascades – World Golf Village’s premier active adult community. Our Realtors had over $4.2 million in closings in
December.
Suzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent for the 4th Quarter with over $1.3 million in buyer sales and over $2.5 million in total sales. Total sales for the quarter were over $16 million!
And, Mirtha Barzaga was our Top Lister and Top Producer for the 4th quarter with over $1.7 million in listings sold, almost $2.8 million in total sales, and almost $3 million in closings. Closings for the quarter were over $14 million!
