Thinking about a new home?

Most discussion lately has been geared toward The benefits to first time home buyers but now it is time for current homeowners to take note!

If you are a home owner and need or want to sell, It is time to talk to a local professional. Today, there are buyers becoming frustrated due to lack inventory. Let me show you the data the demonstrates that inventories are low and prices are trending up.

The new extension of the first time buyers tax credit and its expansion to include a credit for existing home owners of up to $6500 dollars will do nothing to lessen demand.

Whether you are looking to Move up, downsize, or re-size now is the time to receive your own personal assessment.

Seller Tax credit Close to Reality

Seller's can get a piece of the action with a home buyers tax credit. If you are looking to sell your home and buy a new one, and have owned the home at least five years, you could qualify for up to $6500.00 in tax credits. The Senate has approved the measure and it is awaiting Congressional approval and Presidential signature, but this could help a lot of people transition from one home to the next. The Seller/ buyer would have to sign a purchase agreement by April 30, 2010, and close by June 30.

This is a new development and I will keep you informed!
