Fannie Mae has done a survey and found 70% of the public thinks this is a good time to buy a home, but 80% don't think they would qualify or have the 20% down payment.

Harney Point Kiwanis 14th Annual Kids Fest!!

Kids Fest is a free event that offers rides, crafts, safty booths, pony rides, rock wall, Halloween costume contest, and lots of raffles. There is also plenty of entertainment on two stages all day long. Harney Point Kiwanis services the people of children of Cape Coral and is asking for a $2 parking donations as well as canned food for the Cape Coral Caring Center. Please mark your calender for this great event. PS, still room for vendors.

You can watch The Red White & Boom celebration from the foot of the Cape Coral Bridge; but these fireworks are great to watch whether from land or from your boat. This is the time when we come together and celebrate our Country.
