Just had a buyer who wanted to make an offer on a house that he had not seen in person. He saw the listing online and called me to make an offer.I told him he had to see the property and make an offer in writing. He told me if they except his offer he will come in and sign the next day! I explained to him that it just does not work that way. He said then he was not interested!What a conversation that was! Felt like I was in the twilight zone!!!!!!!I am a real estate professional who is trained to deal with buyers.If anyone out there is interested in buying a home,please contact me.
