All too often listing agents take for granite a buyer's agent. I can't tell you how many listings agents should be thrown to the curb by their sellers if the seller only knew how nasty their listing agent can be to a buyer's agent or how lazy listing agents are getting information to the buyer's agent. Starting Mid January builders will not longer be allowed to offer incentives with the use of their lender. I think this is the right thing to do. I don't think that a buyer should have to use the builder's lender to get the incentives. The incentives should be given regardless of what lender is used.
