Bio

With a career in real estate that spans two decades, I have marketed and sold all types of residential properties to a diverse client base. I have worked with investors in property development, rehab and flipping. I also have an extensive network of contacts for commercial and investment opportunities, including bulk residential.

I was one of the first members of the Instutite for Luxury Home Marketing, the premiere networking and educational organization for Luxury Home Sales. As a partner in the Daniels-DeShaw Group, I am co-owner of the first Keller Williams Luxury Team Office in the state of Nevada. My years of experience, complimented and augmented by those of my partner, Jeff Daniels, make us the premiere resource for buying or selling luxury properties in Nevada.

As a state certified real estate instructor, I also own and operate 1st Choice Real Estate Education at Keller Williams Realty in Las Vegas, offering the full range of real estate pre-licensing and continuing education.

In 2010, my partner David LeGrand and I formed XYLA Properties, LLC, an asset management company to facilitate for clients the acquisition and disposition of real estate utilizing the most profitable methods available. XYLA brought a new management model to the industry that will revolutionize the way asset management is performed.
