The Alabama Hill Neighborhood Association will be holding its Spring quarterly meeting on Tuesday May 3, 2011 - Bloedel-Donovan Pavilion - 7 PM. As always, meetings are open to the public.
Quarterly keynote speaker will be Ken Oplinger, President/CEO of the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Ken plans to share some of his views on Bellingham's New Waterfront Development that is currently in progress. His viewpoint should prove intresting as his ideas and viewpoint have tended to differ with those of the City of Bellingham or the Port of Bellingham. Show up to see what Ken shares for us as his vision for the Bellingham Waterfront.
Also planned, Local Housing Market Update for Bellingham area and specifically as it pertains to the Alabama Hill Area Homes. Current Quick Stats: there are 17 Active properties for sale and another 9 properties that are under contract and are Pending Sale. Over the past 6 months, there have been 14 properties sold in the AHA Neighborhood. If you are interested in the up-to-date value of our homes then you should plan to be there!
As always, refreshments will be served. Come spend a nice Sping evening in the park (Bloedel Donovan Park) while spending a little time with our neighbors and find out what's going on in our Alabama Hill Neighborhood. Hope to see you there at 7 PM on May 3rd.!
