Prices are better than they have been in a long time. There are some very good deals on homes right now. SELLERS: If the homes are priced right they are selling, it may be taking a little longer, but they are selling. BUYERS: With so much inventory out there, you really have a wide variety of homes to choose from and the prices are great right now.
I know some are saying, let's wait a while longer to see how much lower the prices are going to come down. I really don't think they will drop much lower than they are right now. (Just my opinion)
