Fireworks show co-sponsored by Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake and the City of Big Bear Lake at the Marina Rivera Resort. The show will start at dusk (about 9pm) and is approxamately 30 minutes. KBHR 93.3 will broadcast synchronized music that will match each cymbal crash to the moment the fireworks light up the sky.
The Rotary Club is hosting its annual barbecue at the traditional lakefront location for front row viewing of the fireworks. Tickets are available from Rotarians and at Travel Haus, Bear City Glass, Big Bear Pharmacy and Shelli's Hallmark.
This year's Santa Maria-styled entree offers the choice of tri-tip/chicken for $20 or hamburger/hot dog for $15. The plate includes salad, cole slaw, beans, corn on the cob, roll, dessert and beverage. Additional drinks and refreshments will be available at a nominal cost.
Entertainment will be provided by local artists during the dinner and game booths for children and adults.
Rent a boat or view the fireworks from 22 miles of shoreline.
