If you love the snow and are missing it. We have some to spare. This will give you and idea on how much snow is to much snow.
When the weater man tells us we are going to have a few more inches of snow we ask where are we going to put it. 
Even in downtown Milwaukee they don't know where to put it any more. They are having to truck it off the roads because the piles are to big.
Milwaukee is a town where the weather is the big news and the holidays are fun. Maybe someone will find a shovel in the stocking this year. Better yet a snow blower. So if you are one that is still hurrying around in this weather looking for that last minute gift. They are telling everyine if you don't have to drive stay off the roads.
So happy holidays to all and be safe out there.
First time home buyers have been waiting on the side lines first to see how low a home will go. The they heard that they might even be fishing for a lower interest rate. Can we go as low a 4.5% for a 30 year fix rate? Why wait until the government finally acts and you will be out there with all the other buyers waiting for the same thing. Why not work with an agent that knows how to write and offer and will be able to get the seller to buy your rate down. We can write on offer like that. It is always ways a better deal throughout the life of your loan to have a lower interest rate. Lets say you have a $100,000 loan for 30 years and a fix rate of 5.5% interest rate your payment would be $567 for 30 years. OK now let say you get the seller to buy your rate down to 4.5% interest rate your payment would be $506 for 30 years. That is a savings of $21,960 for the life of the loan. So why wait to see if the government is really going to act and when. Are they going to have strings attached to this interest rate. Will you need to be a fist time home buyer? Well give me a call and I can work with you to achieve this interest rate now.
Why wait to be out this the rest of the buyers sitting on the side lines waiting for this to really happen. They are still working on deciding about the Big 3 this has been going on for weeks.

Jay and Tina from Hartford Wisconsin. Debby listed our condo and sold it with in 2 weeks. The real test came when the buyers agent called the day before closing and said that the buyer had issues with her loan.
