I had a seller that was willing to do a little extra to get her home sold
When I listed her home this was the color of the bathroom. She loved it. We talked about appealing to buyers.
By painting this room it went from dark to light fresh and Bright. You would never know this is the same bathroom. She got an other on it and know waiting for the closing. It is amazing what a gallon of paint can do.
Work with an agent that will help you to put your best foot forward. If you are working with an agent that is trying to help you understand we are on your side trying to get your home sold. Take a field trip and see what your competition is doing. Somethings can't be changed like location. But sometimes it is as easy as a gallon of paint and a little time.

The real test came when the buyers agent called the day before closing and said that the buyer had issues with her loan. Debby went in full gear and found a lender for the others agents buyer that put this deal together in 1 week and we were sitting at the closing table.
