I've lived in Frederick for 6 months now and find everyone that I meet to be wonderfully friendly and open. This is my 5th year staging, as I started in NY, prior to moving here. I find that the largest objection to staging still seems to be the quandry of what is the best way for a realtor to present it to their sellers. Also, everyone has a preconceived notion that it is a very costly service. Maybe it's just my rates, but it is not cost-prohibitive by almost all standards.

I always do at least one unexpected task for my sellers. Exceed Expectations!
