of need. In November I moved from El Paso to Houston with my Job. My

it was a horrible experience. But then I found an Angel in Debbie

Keller Williams in Houston then she referred me to Debbie in Katy. I
had so many problems that I could go on and on, but this is about
Debbie and how she made me feel. She was very supportive even helped me with
the Sale in El Paso. To me Debbie was sent to me from God. If
Debbie had not stepped in and helped me both with the Houston buy and El Paso
sale I would still be in the process of buying a house. She made it so
much easier for my son and I. She did all the leg work and I just

was reasonable. Anything I needed I knew that I could ask Debbie and

me. I am so appreciative and thankful for Debbie. She is awesome,
great and could not have done it without her. I would hire Debbie in a
minute again. I manage 2 calls centers and have over 400 employees
and I will be recommending her to them when they sell or buy a house.

We worked with Debbie Smith last spring and summer when we were preparing to move here from Seattle . We had a goal of finding a house in 2 days of house hunting at the beginning of July with a closing date of a month later. We started working with Debbie several months before we came down on our house hunting trip and she did a wonderful job of helping us determine what areas we really wanted to focus our time on and setting criteria on the portal to narrow down our search. Then she went and looked at all the houses that I set as possibilities and sent me notes on what she saw and answered all my questions. Debbie was extremely responsive and patient. When we did come to do our actual house hunting, we had 2 days to look at houses. Debbie took my final list and had all the information I needed organized and appointments scheduled so we could make the most of our time. She was soooo patient no matter what changes I made or roadblocks we ran into or houses I wanted to see at the spur of the moment. When we made offers, she helped us decide if the counter offer was worth pursuing. She worked late the nights I was in town and even on the 4^th of July in order for us to have a signed offer before I had to leave to go back to Seattle . We could not have found a house in 2 days of looking without all Debbie's hard work for month before we even showed up and patience while I was here. I never felt pressured to make a decision (except my own pressure) or settle for less than what I wanted. She was extremely patient, prepared, organized, honest, open and kind. When it is time, I wouldn't consider working with anybody else and I would highly recommend her to anybody.
