How frustrating is it, when you have several buyers for a property and actual excellent excellent offers on it, and the bank sits and sits and sits.
So far INDY MAC has been my lengthiest short sale time frame
I have had several offers on a property here in Western New York, and for those of you who are not sure what that means --it is the western part of the state of New York, not the western part of NYC or the Hudson Valley. it is What kisses Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. God's Country! I digress...
If you or anyone you know has a little in for our little IndyMac, please let me know.... we have lost some greeeattttt offers, where in the bank could actually not loose so much, but because of the bailout and bonus' Im thinking everyone is on a perpetual coffee break over there. Our current offer, cash no financing is now 87 thousand dollars less, and thats not chumb change, or is it ?
