I am Debbie Wheeler, Broker Associate, with RE/MAX Keystone Realty. I was born and raised in Summit County Ohio and have an extensive real estate background. My focus is on your unique real estate needs, often handling the toughest real estate transactions, providing strong support throughout the entire real estate transaction.I am honored to be a part of the real estate profession and work with outstanding agents in this area. I have a long list of creditials and awards, but the only thing that I would say that makes me special is that I work like a crazy person--all the time. I really do go that mile and a half for you. I truly understand the real estate market and national trends and how is effects us here in Northeat Ohio. Thus, I specialize in REO's, Short Sales and relocation issues as well as probate, divorce and multicultural concerns with compassion and diligence.

I have a strong understanding of the current market and the value of real estate in this area. I try and stay two steps ahead of the field. Thus at this time, I have a strong understanding of how to do short sales and have a good inventory of REO and short sale properties on the market.

I like to work with attorneys on probate and divorce situations as this is a specialized field. I like to work with challenging situations and I really enjoy investors.

I have several rental properties and have rehabbed several homes, so I have a strong concept of what is a good value in regards to investment, rehab and rental properties.

My marketing is extensive and top of the line. I am here to help in any way that I can to my clients and to my peers.
