I am somewhat skeptical on whether we have seen the bottom yet. In my opinion, we will see the market bottom out when builders get rid of all of there inventory. Most builders had way to many homes on the books, mostly because of investors walking away from their obligations. These homes are being sold like a fire sale. When the inventories are reduced it will give buyers more of an incentive to buy pre existing homes, which will cut into the inventory of short sales and foreclosures. When this happens, which I believe will be in the next year or so, home values and prices will increase. For a FREE list of foreclosures or short sales, please click here.

You can have access to the Gulf of Mexico from your own backyard!

Cape Coral Florida, with more canals than Venice Italy, offers boaters unlimited boating opportunities with unsurpassed convenience. Nestled between the barrier Islands of S.W. Florida, and by the Caloosahatchee river, Cape Coral is surrounded on 3 sides by water, and located near Sanibel, Captiva and Boca Grande Islands.

Should your boating adventure take you exploring the white sand and shell filled beaches of the local islands, out into the Gulf of Mexico, or up the river to Lake Okeechobee and across to the East Coast, the boating adventures are endless. And the best part is they can all start from your own backyard!
