You don't have to live all your life in Garrett County to understand and appreciate its beauty and uniqness. In 2004 my husband and I were on a Porsche adventure and found ourselves at Deep Creek Lake for a weekend. That weekend we purchased a condo, sight unseen. For almost two years, we would come up twice a month and stay the weekend. As we started exploring Deep Creek Lake and the surrounding area, we soon realized that this area had something special. We were excited about the expansion of the Wisp Ski Resort, the new construction on the mountian, the new Whitewater Course and future development plans. We saw opportunity and in 20006, we bought a Log Home overlooking Deep Creek Lake, on the mountain.

I feel I bring something unique to real estate at Deep Creek Lake. Having moved here from the Northern Virginia, D.C. area I have new marketing and business techniques that are new to most agents. I understand the power of the internet and how dependant we all have become in using it as our information resourse. I am tech savvy and have just developed a high energy and aggressive marketing plan for sellers. I also have developed tools that will help the buying process become an easier one when looking for vacation homes at the lake.
