Born and raised just miles from each other east of Dover in Kent County, Delaware, Mark & Patty know the area well and have chosen to raise their own family here in Mark's hometown of Leipsic.

A realtor since 1999, Patty achieved her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2004. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, educating and guiding them through all phases of buying or selling a home. An avid photographer and technology buff, Patty has the expertise to showcase each property's best features to attractively market each home. Her attention to detail is evident in all facets of the marketing used for each property she lists.

More than 65% of Mark's past clients are first-time home buyers. He works closely with local loan officers to maintain a current knowledge of loan programs and incentives available to this unique group of buyers. Mark is an exclusive Buyer's Agent. He has an active base of investors and also enjoys introducing out-of-state buyers to Delaware. Each client is given an in-depth, personalized consultation prior to touring homes. In addition to walking them through the buying process from start to finish, Mark listens to each family's special wants & needs to aid him in finding their perfect home.

Patty has always loved homes, whether new construction or historical, spacious or compact, country or city -- she loves touring homes and sharing decorating ideas with her clients. Prior to listing she will visit your home to make any necessary recommendations for repairs or staging. She writes ad text personalized to each home and shows each property to its best advantage in her marketing photos and virtual tours. Patty also works with buyers -- she enjoys welcoming newcomers to Delaware and showing them The First State's tourist attractions while touring property. Most of her past clients are loyal repeat customers.
