so it's been a while,,,,, summer was BUSY and now it's back to school !

Quiet at our house...... for a few hours anyway , at 8:10 the bus comes and 3 out of 4 get on it ! ,,,, SO it's me and a 2 year old ............ it's so nice ( don't tell the other kids !! )

Business is SLOW,,,,, I have noticed a few of the smaller homes are on the market only few weeks,,,

So maybe it;s a good sign , if the starter homes are quick to sell,,,,the next homes might be next right ?

we'll see !

I still have to wonder why so many realtors are reluctant to use the virtual tour in their marketing,,, is it because the listings are on much longer ? they don't want to spend $100 on a listing that might expire on them and then not be resigned ? maybe some realtors can help me on that one ????
