Delaware Mortgage Rates improved today and are at the best they have been in quite some time. The mortgage backed securities broke through the 50 Day moving average today and closed above it. This is techincally very significant becaus the 50 day moving average has been a strong ceiling of resistance.

If you are getting a new Delaware Home Loan for the refinance or purchase of a home, I recommend FLOATING your Delaware Mortgage Rate because we may see some more gains tomorrow.
But stay in contact with your mortgage planner because the market is extremely volatile and we could see some progit taking to move the bond back below the 50 day moving average, but long term outlook looks good for lower rates.
