Come out and enjoy this Series of FREE Concerts in the park this Summer! This series of concerts are presented by The City of Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Services Deparment. These family oriented Band Concerts and will be held at Fairmount & New La Sierra Park in Riverside. Concerts will include: Rock, Country, Oldies, Blues, Disco & Jazz. Come early and bring a picnic blanket or beach chair to enjoy the cool summer evenings in the park!

If you'd like you can bring a snack or enjoy the foods that some local vendors will be selling.

Concerts at Fairmount Park: will be on Wednesday evenings 6:00-9:00pm
Dates: June: 25th. July: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. August: 6th & 13th.

Concerts at La Sierra Park: will be on Thursday evenings 7:00-9:00pm
Dates: July: 17th, 24th, 31st. August: 7th.

Looking for something FUN to do on a Sunday afternoon with the family? The City of Riverside Parks and Recreation & Community Services Department in partnership with Downtown Riverside are planning three FREE upcoming Sunday Concerts to be held at "White Park" in Riverside located at 3936 Chestnut St. on May 18th, June 8th and June 22nd. from 3:00-5:00pm. There will be Arts and Crafts, vendors, and some amazing entertainment. So bring your blanket and come enjoy the evening!

This two-player Best Ball series of events is a fun format for all.
Price is $100.00 per event or $250.00 to registrar for all three. Price
includes green, cart, and practice fees, event purses and Awards Banquet.
Awards Banquet will take place on May 18th, at the Los Serranos Country Club
at 3:30pm. You will need to check in 30 minutes before tee time.

Young Life is a nonprofit,non- denominational Christian youth organization
committed to introducing teens to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Tiny Tot Olympics in Corona on March 29th 2008

Come out and bring your little ones to the Tiny Tots Olympics on March 29th 2008.
This is an Olympic-styled event designed for children 2-1/2 to 6 years old.
(Must be 2-1/2 by March 29, 2008 to registrar). Cost to enter is $15 and registration
must be completed by March 26th to participate.


Children will participate in five activities: Soccer Kick, 25 Yard Dash, Discus Throw (Frisbee),
Basketball Shoot and Obstacle Course.

The City of Corona is offering a FREE Collection event to all Riverside County Residents.

Hazardous Waste includes: Aerosol cans, ammonia, Antifreeze, Automotive batteries, BBQ propane tanks, Chlorine, Cleansers, computer monitors, Fluorescent tubes, kerosene, Household batteries, latex paints, pesticides, oil based paint, solvents, Syringes/needles, TV's, used oil and filters And more!

*Improper disposal of these materials can pollute the environment and threaten our public health.*

1. Please limit to 5 gallons or 50 lbs. per vehicle. Multiple trips allowed.
2. Do not mix materials. Keep original labels on containers.
3. Use a sturdy box in the trunk of your car. Gasoline containers will not be returned.
4. No explosives, ammunition or radioactive materials will be accepted.
5. No business or non-profit organization waste will be accepted.
