Here's my pet peeve....
Lately I have been coming across BPO listings, keys are gone, windows are broken out, Sign are down from the wind, Doors are left wide open among other things, but whats worse is when you find out these listings have been given to a listing agent living no where near the city, sometimes county of which they have these listing......
So as an agent and resident, I find myself taking care of these properties. Why is it that the REO Banks do not know these Realtors do not live nor service the areas they are listing homes in.
Last night was my first time teaching the PESA system.
My co facilitator and I had a total of 9 parents (the limit is 12 parents)
In closing a few of the ladies asked if they could bring nannies, grandmas and helpers. It was a wonderful class.
This class in a nut shell teaches how to change you, so your children have great role models. When I took this class I noticed a huge change in my household.
I also think this system is a great addition to Real Estate.
Anyone within the Berryessa school district should know this system is available and if you get the opportunity to take these classes, you should jump on it.

Today was a great day, I got up, my Husband was off to work, brought kids to School, sat down to work. Got a call from a past associate who needed assistance, so I met her at a Restaurant and helped her fix her tech problem (she bought me lunch ) YUM. As you can see my day was busy, but I was happy with how the day was going...
Kids got out of School, I took them to Loemans Department store (someone at the office told me about the great deals) The deals were not so great.
My daughter said she was feeling sick and wanted to go home, Upon returning home she went straight to bed.
One of my clients sent me an email "Denise thanks for all you've done, but our home search, need to take a back seat, I lost my job.." I sat down to Dinner thinking wow job losses are hitting close to home, not only is she a client but a great friend, I have been friends with her for over 20 years.
Then as we got done with dinner, the phone rang, my husband said "it's your brother"
I handed the phone to my husband, because I was working on the computer.
Guess what happened to my brother today? Yes he got laid off. His boss about 5 years back begged for him to move back to California from Oregon because he wanted my brother to run the machine shop.
Well if you know me, I am one to always want things better for everyone around me.
I guess I will not get any sleep tonight.
I sent both of them LinkedIn invitations, in hopes that my 260,000 connections will find somehow to help them out.
Please send out a wish or a Prayer for them and all the other people who have lost their jobs...
