I wanted to let you know that even though circumstances have stopped my house hunting for the time, when I do start looking again, late next summer, I will most definitely will contact you. Why?? Because I like your persistence. I had received a call or two from other realtors I emailed but was very busy and didn't get a chance to call back right away. You on the other hand were persistent and left me quite a few messages and always sounded cheerful and never disgusted. What that indicated to me is that you are not afraid of a little work.
