This just in: We just sold one of the largest land parcels in Southwestern Ohio! This sale is also one of the most expensive transfers in Adams County in quite some time. This buyer was looking for some hunting land in Clermont, Brown, Adams, Highland or Scioto Counties. We found him a hunter's dream property. He called about one year ago looking for hunting property in the area. After searching for this buyer for one year we found him a great hunting property.
