Every title company is expected to offer professional and courteous service; and generally speaking most are. But that is where a good title company has the opportunity to shine above the rest. While they certainly always have to make sure they cross their t's and dot their i's, they want to do all they can to appear more than just a place you go, to complete a real estate transaction. Yet that is what many title companies have chosen to do; simply position themselves as merely a piece to the real estate transaction puzzle.

However; a truly exceptional company offers much more than what is expected. In fact they should be seen as an extension of the realtor, as it is there job to assist their clients through this process. That being said, once it gets to the point where a closing date has been set, many realtors choose to take a back seat to the title company. And an exceptional title company can take the ball and run with it, thereby making the realtors involved look like heroes to their clients.

We at Home Abstract & Title Company, have been assisting real estate agents in Waco, Texas for over 140 years, and we continue to look for ways to improve in our customer service.

Unlike many companies, we truly do want to hear from our clients, and then act on what they suggest. And we also take it a step further, by helping our clients to become even better realtors. That is why we encourage them to let us help them, help themselves.
