Great job...I love the emailed report and the way you have all the links to
explain in more detail....I also like that you circle some of the pics to
show exactly where the problem lies. This helps me as a Realtor explain
later to the other parties. I've used and been the recipient of allot of
inspections but this is the best I've seen, you do a great job on site and
as well as explaining to the buyer without over doing it to the point of
scaring them to death. Kalandra said he's been doing this a long time
