Go to the link and read about the tax credit extended for new and existing homeowners. Over course this MSNBC reporting this so we will still have to wait to see if it goes through.
Look at your tax value! If you are trying to sell it for more than that, you are probably not getting any showings or offers. Minnesota is a year behind in assessing your property value. This is not true in all case, but most of them it is. Call me if you really want to find out what your home is worth. Tax value is not a true indicator of your value, but it will give an idea and you price should be under it.
